Family of Olive Baboons
I was enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee from the deck of the Tarangarie Treetops lodge, visiting with a delightful young man named Philomen who worked there. I commented that I was hoping to see baboons. About 30 seconds later, a troop of about 50 baboons paraded into view, the youngster hitching a ride on Mom's back as they often do.
