Street Art
The buildings of Kansas City are the canvas for an amazing cadre of remarkable street artists. Their talent, skill and creativity are breathtaking – their work, the most accessible art in a community filled with top-tier sculpture, paintings, ceramics, fiber and photography. This collection contains some of my favorite pieces, many of which have now been painted over. Such is the nature of street art – it is an ever-evolving tableau, a rich but often temporary tapestry.
