Sisters
It was an amazing experience to see a lion pride in the wild – an experience we had several times while in Kenya and Tanzania. Often, we could be with a pride for as much as a couple of hours. The girls in this photo are sisters. We saw them giving affectionate greetings to each other by nuzzling and licking – and by rolling together in the grass.
