Along the Route
Along a decommissioned and mostly deserted stretch of Route 66 in Texas, this deteriorated motel has fallen prey to the changes in the highway system. In the fifities and sixties, weary travelers on the Route sought food and lodging here. I can't help but wonder if anyone remembers the glory days.
