Union Station Nutcracker
When I was a kid, one of the highlights of the year was a ride on the mini holiday train at the Jones Store in downtown Kansas City. The very train I rode over 60 years ago still delights the little ones today, now traveling about the great hall of Union Station. In addition to this magical train, Union Station is a wonderland holiday cheer, with dozens of decorated trees (including the largest indoor tree in the region), giant floating ornaments, the walk-through “Holiday Experience”, and of course, the Nutcracker shown on this card.
