Yankee Girl Mine
In the Red Mountain mining area of the San Juan mountains in Colorado, stands the Yankee Girl Mine. It was claimed by the prospector John Robinson in 1882 and was eventually tied by 25 miles of underground tunnels to the Orphan Boy and Robinson mines. This is a long exposure photograph light painted with constant LEDs, strobes and flashlights.
